Dr. Sanjeev K. Chaudhry is the Chief Executive Officer of SRL Limited and Chairman of CSC Nutrigenomics Pte Limited, Singapore. He also serves on the Board of Directors of several companies in India and abroad. He has a Ph.D in Business Administration from Columbia University, United States and holds a university record for Masters in Economics at Punjab University, Chandigarh.

Dr. Chaudhry has lived and worked in India, Malaysia, Singapore, UK and USA. He is a visiting faculty to several leading management institutes and universities around the world. He writes guest columns for magazines and has authored three books on value education and management.

In 1989, at the age of 30, Dr Chaudhry was the youngest professional CEO of a Public Sector Company in India. He earned accolades for turning around the ailing state owned Modern Food Industries. The plan for privatization of India's first state owned enterprise was presented to the Planning Commission of India by Dr. Chaudhry and set in motion the process of divestment of state owned companies in the country. Prior to that (1985-88) he was the head of corporate planning at RJR Nabisco/Britannia and following that President & CEO (1990-95) of NatOleo.
Dr. A. Das Gupta is the Executive Director-Operations and Head-Hematology, Coagulation and Flow Cytometry of Clinical Reference Laboratories since April 2007. He joined this Organization as the Director-Operations in November 2004.

Dr. Das Gupta was appointed a WHO Consultant in Hematology to the Govt. of Myanmar in 1994. He is an Honorary Consultant to the Armed Forces and is a member of several professional bodies and societies in Medicine and Hematology. He has been designated as a Fellow of the International Union against Cancer (UICC) and of Indian Society of Hematology & Transfusion Medicine. He is a Member of the Technical Committee of National Accreditation Board for Calibration and Testing Laboratories (NABL), Dept. of Science & Technology, Govt. of India. He is also the Vice-President (Clinical), The Cytometry Society (India). He is a research guide for MSc and PhD of Mumbai University.

Dr. Das Gupta obtained his MBBS with Distinction from Prince of Wales Medical College, Patna University in 1972. He passed his MD in Pathology from Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education & Research, Chandigarh in 1977 with specialization in Hematology. He did his postdoctoral Fellowship in Hematology and Molecular Hematology at the University of Washington, USA in 1982-84 on the prestigious John Fogarty Fellowship of the NIH, USA.

He served as a Research Officer at the Institute of Immunohematology (ICMR), Mumbai from 1978 to 1981. From 1981 to 1987 he served as a Hematopathologist and in charge of the Hematology Laboratory at the Tata Memorial Hospital. He joined P. D. Hinduja National Hospital, Mumbai in 1987 as a Consultant Hematologist and Head of the Dept. of Laboratory Medicine, and served this organization for 17 years prior to joining SRL as the Director Operations.
Dr. B R Das has been working as the Executive Director of Research and Technology and Head of Molecular Diagnostics, at SRL Ltd, Mumbai. He also acts as the mentor of Clinical Research Services and also oversees the Training and Education program of the organization.

Dr. B R Das has worked as a Professor in Medical Biotechnology for nearly 25 years and has published more than 60 research papers in several reputed international journals. Several Ph.D. and post-doctoral Scientists have completed their research work in the field of clinical research under his guidance. He has handled more than 10 research grants independently as principle investigators. At SRL R&D Division, he has developed a large number of clinical assays and established different advanced technologies under his dynamic leadership.

His research work has been highly acclaimed in India and abroad. On the basis of which he has been honored with several prestigious awards such as the Best Young Scientist Award given by Indian National Science Academy, ISCA Young Scientist Award, MP Young Scientist Award, KI Memorial Award for promotion of Medicine Research in Japan, PSC Award for the Best Senior Scientist of the State of Orissa etc.

He has also worked as Visiting Professor in Case Western Reserve University Hospital, Cleveland, USA and Kyoto Medical School, Japan. Besides, he has also been invited for different assignments to Germany, UK, France, Greece etc. Main contribution of Dr. Das is to unravel questions pertaining to Clinical Research and then to translate the findings in form of Biomarkers and clinical assays to support the Management of various diseases.
Dr. Ashok Rattan, Director of SRL Regional Reference Laboratory in Gurgaon and SRL Laboratories in the NCR, is a Microbiologist of international standing. His last assignment was with World Health Organization as Laboratory Director of the PAHO administered Caribbean Epidemiology Centre at Port of Spain. Dr Rattan brings 30 years of rich experience in the areas of diagnostics, research, and drug discovery besides academics. He has over a hundred publications to his credit and is named in over 10 international patents.

Prior to his WHO stint, Dr. Rattan had a long standing association (7 years) with Ranbaxy Research Labs as Director - Infectious Diseases (new drug discovery research) and worked as Additional Professor in the Department of Microbiology, AIIMS (12 years).

Dr. Ashok Rattan did his MD (Microbiology) from Aligarh Muslim University in 1984. He has undergone training in Medical Education at Dundee Institute of Technology, Scotland, UK (1990), Neisseria infections in CDC, Atlanta and NIH, USA (1990) and has been trained in Molecular Biology of Mycobacteria (1997) in Prof. Erik C. Bottger's laboratory, Hannover, Germany and extended spectrum Beta lactamase (1997) in Prof. A. Baunfiend's lab, Munich, Germany.

He has conducted training workshop on WHONET, TB, Nosocomial infections, Opportunistic Infections and Laboratory support for Care and Treatment of HIV/AIDS infections in many countries of the South East Asia, Caribbean and Latin American Region and is the author of the NBT subsided book on Antibiotics in Laboratory Medicine.
Mr. Goel is an alumnus of University Business School, Punjab University, and Chandigarh. He did his MBA- HR in the year 1991.

Neeraj Goel is seasoned human resources professional with 17 years of experience in diverse industries starting from pharmaceuticals, telecom services, IT and Consumer Durables. His last assignment was with Samsung India Electronics Limited, wherein he served in the capacity of Division HR Head for four and half years. Prior to that he worked with Essar Telcom, Morepen Laboratories and Alpha Drug (Indian subsidiary of DSM-Andeno, a dutch multinational).

He brings considerable expertise in the areas of organization capability development, change management, human resources planning & development, performance management, career planning, and cultural transformation having credible exposure to all these facets of HR in previous organizations.
Mr. Vinay K Batra is presently working as Director - Global Sales & Marketing. He has over 24 years of experience in Sales & Marketing in Consumer Products, Health Care & Diagnostic Lab services.

He joined SRL in 2001. SRL's business has been transformed under his leadership. He has been instrumental in expansion of Sales network - Number of SRL Lab has increased from 3 to 35, number of sample collection center has increased from 275 (May 2001) to 800 (March 2008)

Some of the key initiatives under his leadership include market mapping and strategic disease wise/specialty wise promotion to the Doctors with clear focus to get maximum out of market potential, Extensive brand promotion by organizing Health awareness camps.

Prior to joining SRL he was Head of Sales Operation with Vam Organic Chemical Ltd. for their consumer product business and following that, he has worked with renowned organizations such as Johnson & Johnson Ltd, Dabur India Ltd. and Ranbaxy Pharmaceuticals.

He has an MSc degree in Chemistry & Bio-Chemistry along with MBA in Marketing (1985-87) and is also a member of Delhi Management Association.
Saurabh Chadha is the Chief Financial Officer of SRL Limited since August 2006. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 18 years of rich experience in Finance, Accounts, Budgeting, MIS, Working Capital Management, Internal Controls, Financial Planning, Portfolio Management ,Compliances and providing leadership to a team of professionals in finance.

Saurabh is a key top management functionary participated and advised in all strategic initiatives of expansion, growth, funding & financial management. He has thorough exposure in Joint Ventures, merger & acquisitions and other financial arrangements.

Prior to joining SRL he was Director - Finance and Investments of EAG group till February 2006, a position he had enjoyed for 12 years. Before that he was working with Modi Ollivetti Ltd. (1991 to 1993) and PriceWaterhouse (1990-1991).

He is a fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and is a Certified Financial Analyst (Level-I) from the CFA Institute, USA and also hold a National Stock Exchange Certification for expertise in the Financial Markets.

During his long career, he has demonstrated excellence in controlling the operations of retail, contracting, service and Investment industries. Apart from the above he is deft at analyzing financial statements, market trends and economic scenario.
Mr. Radhakrishna Pillai started his career in IT in the late 80's and acquired over 20 years of technical and managerial experience solving business problems with Information System Technology solutions by process improvements and innovations.

Has been adept at providing Business IT leadership to companies across different verticals for the last 15 years. Focus on driving technology and business enablement with improved customer satisfaction while reducing operational IT budgets.

Recognized as a visionary for pioneering innovative solutions with comprehensive understanding of how technology impacts business and received number of awards from various technology Trade Publications.

Dr. Maria Borges is the Chief Quality Officer at SRL. She has been associated with the company since inception.

Her core responsibilities include Implementation and Maintenance of Quality Systems at all SRL locations. Under her leadership SRL has achieved many firsts in the country with regard to achieving Quality Standards. The Central Reference Laboratory at Mumbai was the first in the country to be Accredited by the National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL) and the College of American Pathologists (CAP). Several SRL Laboratories have been accredited by the NABL. She is now involved in the pursuit of achieving National and International accreditation for several other SRL Laboratories. She also plays an integral role in our Clinical Research Services with regard to compliance with USFDA, European and UK standards.

Maria has a graduation and Post graduation in Microbiology (1989) and was a University First rank holder at the B.Sc and M.Sc examinations. She then completed a Ph.D in Applied Biology (1994) from the Cancer Research Institute and then worked as a Post doctoral Fellow. She has also done several courses in Quality Management and is an Empanelled Lead Assessor of the NABL and a CAP Auditor.
Dr. (Gp.Capt.) G.S. Sabhikhi joined the organization as Director Radiodiagnosis and Imaging in October 2009. He has played a pivotal role in the development of Radiodiagnosis and Imaging as a new vertical of SRL Religare from its infancy.

Dr. (Gp.Capt.) G.S. Sabhikhi obtained his MBBS from AFMC- Pune University in 1982. He received his MD in Radiology from AFMC- Pune University in 1990 and was awarded the EAC medal for academic excellence.

He joined the Armed Forces -Army Medical Corp in 1982 and was a member of the Army Medical Corps for more than 25 years. He has worked in various capacities in the Armed Forces-initially as a medical officer and subsequently as a Radiologist. He has successfully set up new Radiology departments and headed Radiology Departments of large teaching hospitals. During his career spanning over almost 2 decades he has developed high diagnostic skills and gained invaluable experience in radiology that includes diagnostic conventional imaging, CT, MRI and Interventional Radiology.

He also has more than 20 years of teaching experience-including undergraduate and post graduate teaching. He has been a faculty member at AFMC Pune, Air Force Hospital Bangalore and at Army Hospital Research and Referral New Delhi. He has been Professor of Radiology and has guided post graduate students in their thesis. He has numerous publications in National and International Journals.

He has been a National Squash player and also a paratrooper during his career in the Armed Forces.
Gopal Vaidyanathan, presently our Director-Growth & Strategy, brings over three decades of experience in Corporate Business governance. He has a remarkable experience in working with reputable Trans-national Corporations and has wide exposure to Business Development, Strategic initiatives and Distribution Network set-up, across product- lines and geographies. He has also been a visiting faculty with many Management Institutes like AIMA, ICFAI, IIPM and Amity among others.

Mr. Gopal Vaidyanathan is a Commerce Graduate with a Post Graduation in Management. At SRL, besides overseeing growth initiatives, he leads the Institutional business, Corporate Marketing and Wellness protocols. He has travelled widely and has excellent cross-cultural exposure.
